Originally formed in Miami by life partners Ali Culotta and Danny Portilla, Stop the Presses has been fusing ska, rocksteady, two tone, new wave, punk, pop, and 60’s girl group style influences together in a way the music industry has never seen before. With a steadily growing and intensely loyal following, STP uses complex arrangements and a 4 part vocal harmony section to deliver a fresh new tone, embodying the best case scenario of combining classical training, ingenue-type talent, plus nostalgic charm.
